When we first announced the VectorField Platform on our site, the vision was clear: a platform that lets creators own every piece of digital work they produce, while turning that work into a reusable data asset for AI.
The goal was to empower artists/creative talent and developers to own their data and the means of production. After four years that vision seemed very far out still, Hollywood and Silicon Valley were not ready to change and let all of us control our own data... Today it's a reality that's changing at warp speed, the past 90 days have been absolutely wild! We are launching VectorField in the coming months, the entire vision of the platform with a novel data economy, our first active co-operative studio with multiple projects in multiple industry sectors.
A 90-Day Sprint That Beats Four Years of Progress
We went all in on Amazon's Kiro Agentic AI development tool and our small core team has built more of the VectorField platform in the last 90 days than we did in the four years prior. We cut through needing millions of dollars in funding, years of development time and bootstrapped the entire VectorField vision ourselves.
First Legal Co-Op Studio – The Alpha/Beta Launch
Our initial rollout will open the first legal co-op studio on VectorField. This studio will serve as a live proving ground for:
- Creative talent collaborating directly with production artists, sharing ownership of every asset, and earning royalties through our built-in compensation engine.
- Alpha/Beta projects that will test the end-to-end flow from asset creation, through blockchain-recorded provenance, to data export for production projects and revenue sharing.
We're humbled by the enthusiasm of the artists who have already signed on, and we're eager to see what they'll build when they can work "as a service" on a platform that respects their contribution at every step.
Going Dual-Use – From Hollywood to National Security
VectorField was born in the VFX trenches of Hollywood, but the AI data scarcity problem is universal. Since we started VectorField we've realized a strong alignment with the defense and public-sector missions that need high-quality, provenance-verified datasets to combat deep-fake threats, improve situational awareness, and secure critical communications.
Consequently, we are officially a dual-use company:
- Commercial side – continues to empower creators, studios, and brands with a fair-share data economy.
- Government side – partners with defense agencies to supply structured datasets that power next-generation computer vision capabilities.
Supporting national security while preserving artistic integrity feels like a natural extension of our core principle: data belongs to the people who create it.
What's Next?
| Milestone | Target |
|---|---|
| Private Alpha/Beta Testing on setup for inaugural production projects | End of Q1 2026 |
| Launch of the first co-op studio and inaugural production projects with select Alpha/Beta testers as foundational members | Mid of Q2 2026 |
| Public open membership in our first co-op studio | Q3 2026 |
A Note of Gratitude
To the AWS Activate, Amazon Kiro and Nvidia Inception teams, thank you for believing in a vision that blends art, data, and security and supporting us when we needed your support the most. To the creative talent that's willing to take the risk on doing something new and all our advisors who have stood beside us through absurdly long meetings and pivots on this wild ride so far.
Your belief fuels every line of code we write, every pixel we render and every AI model we deploy.
To our future collaborators, we can't wait to see the stories you'll tell when you have true ownership of your digital creations.
Stay tuned. The rocketship is just leaving the launch pad.
